Every Simply Florida Living piece is made to order, just for you. Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size or color choice - please double-check sizes and options before ordering.

If something is wrong

If something is wrong with your order - it arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered - contact us within 14 days of delivery at simplyfloridalivingcompany@gmail.com or call/text 352-932-2506 with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We'll make it right with a replacement, made and shipped at no cost to you. Since every piece is made to order, we replace rather than refund whenever possible.
